If your application's target audience includes minors or is specifically designed for minors, please ensure that the content presented by the application is suitable for minors, does not harm the physical and mental health of minors, and must comply with the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors and other applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. When your application collects any personal information and sensitive data from minors, you must comply with applicable privacy protection regulations for minors, such as the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), China's Personal Information Protection Law, the Methods for Determining the Illegal Collection and Use of Personal Information by Apps, the Children's Personal Information Network Protection Regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations. If your application contains content that endangers the physical and mental health of minors, infringes on the personal information security of minors, or commits illegal and criminal acts against minors, the PGYER platform has the right to disconnect the download link of your application, ban your developer account, save relevant records, and report to relevant departments.
- Non child related application information shall not contain words such as "suitable for young children" and "suitable for children" that imply that the application audience is children.
- Information that affects the physical and mental health of minors, such as generating negative emotions and developing bad habits, should be prominently indicated before the information is displayed.
- Applications shall not provide products and services that induce addiction to minors, and shall promptly modify content, functions, or rules that may cause addiction to minors. Network service providers such as online games, live streaming, audio and video, and social networking should set corresponding time management, permission management, and consumption management functions for minors using their services.
- The application content aimed at minors must be suitable for minors and must not contain content that may cause interference to minors, as well as harmful content that is detrimental to the physical and mental health of minors and the establishment of positive values.
- The application shall not contain any illegal extracurricular training information such as "one-on-one", "home teachers", "high-end housekeeping", "crowdfunding private teaching", etc., including but not limited to paid extracurricular training conducted through instant messaging, online conferences, live streaming platforms, etc. Applications aimed at minors are not allowed to provide content that exceeds the standard for advanced training, and overseas education courses are not allowed. Non disciplinary training institutions are not allowed to engage in disciplinary training.
- Online educational applications aimed at minors shall not contain links to online games, as well as push advertisements and other information unrelated to teaching.
- The application shall not provide or disseminate harmful learning methods such as "taking photos and searching for questions" that lazy the thinking ability of primary and secondary school students, affect their independent thinking, and violate the laws of education and teaching.
- The application shall not induce parents of primary and secondary school students to use installment loans to pay for off campus training expenses.
- The application shall not contain cyberbullying content that insults, slanders, threatens, or maliciously damages the image of minors, nor shall it indirectly engage in or participate in cyberbullying behavior through instigation, inducement, or assistance。
- The application shall not contain pornographic content related to minors, including but not limited to pedophilia, inappropriate interaction with minors, child sexual abuse, etc.
- Applications targeting minors shall not contain violent, bloody, or thrilling content that is not suitable for minors, as well as depicting or encouraging harmful and dangerous activities.
- The application shall not promote or encourage minors to use/sell alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, electronic cigarette products, or controlled drugs. It is not allowed to promote negative physical or self-image to minors, such as depicting plastic surgery, weight loss, or other cosmetic adjustments to personal appearance.
- Social applications that involve chatting with strangers, providing dating services, gender or marriage advice, etc., shall not target minors, such as online pairing chat, open chat rooms, live shows, etc.
- Developers should establish convenient, reasonable, and effective channels for complaints and reports, publicly disclose information on complaint and report methods, and promptly accept and handle complaints and reports involving minors.
- Children's apps must not contain out of app links, paid items, or other content that may cause interference to children, unless they are kept in designated areas under parental monitoring to prevent children from engaging in commercial transactions without the knowledge of their parents or guardians, or linking to external websites, social networks, or other apps from within the app.
- Advertising targeting minors within the application should comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Medical, pharmaceutical, health food, medical equipment, cosmetics, alcohol, beauty, marriage, pregnancy, and online game advertisements that are detrimental to the physical and mental health of minors are not allowed to be published. Advertisements for children's applications must not contain content that persuades children to ask parents to purchase advertising products or services, as well as content that may trigger children to imitate unsafe behavior.
- Applications that collect and use children's personal information should establish a dedicated child privacy policy.
- Before collecting and using personal information of children, the application requires legal authorization from parents or guardians.
