Converter Tally Features
The application includes a robust Converter Tally feature, which allows users to manage their inventory efficiently:
- Inventory Management: Users can view a
+or-symbol next to each item in their inventory. - Adding Converters: By clicking the
+, users can add a specific converter from their internal inventory. - Removing Converters: The
-symbol enables users to remove a converter from their inventory. If removing all instances of a converter brings its count to zero, the app will prompt a confirmation dialog asking, "Are you sure you want to completely remove this converter from your inventory?" - Total Inventory Display: The app displays the total quantity of all individual converters, along with a drill-down option to view each converter in a detailed list.
- Detailed View: Clicking on a converter that has multiple entries will reveal a full list of all related converters, including their total count.
- PDF Preparation: When preparing a PDF to send to dealers, users can specify the number of converters they wish to include in the invoice.
- Invoice Customization: During the export process from the details screen, users have the option to choose between full price or half price for the invoice.
By utilizing these features, users can streamline their catalytic converter management and purchasing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their operations.
