This application is supported by the High Islamic Court and Courts in East Nusa Tenggara as part of their commitment to bureaucratic reform aimed at modernizing the judiciary. The primary goal of NOA is to enable citizens to access various judicial services online without the need to visit the courthouse in person.

Pandemic-Friendly Accessibility

In light of the current pandemic, the development of this application is particularly timely as it helps limit physical interactions. It is designed to be accessible to everyone, including vulnerable groups such as women, children, and people with disabilities. To strengthen information access for these vulnerable groups, features within NOA have been optimized to ensure that each segment of the judicial system can provide enhanced services and accessibility.

The application includes several features tailored to meet the needs of different groups:

1. Women: This section covers facilities like lactation rooms and Public Service Points (PTSP).

2. Children: Information about play areas is provided to make court visits more comfortable for young ones.

3. People with Disabilities: Details on the facilities available for individuals with disabilities are included, ensuring that all work units cater to their needs.

4. Minority Groups: Resources like community posts (Posbakum) and legal aid programs (Prodeo) are highlighted to support minority communities.
