• All-in-One Access: Easily access the app by downloading it and logging in with your credentials. New users can register directly through the app. For full access to all CDI services, request activation at our offices.

How Does CDI Care Work?

Using CDI Care is straightforward:

• Access: Download the app from your device's app store and log in using your credentials. If you’re a new user, simply register via the app. To access all CDI services, visit our offices to request activation.
• Bookings: In the online booking section, choose from available seats, doctors, and types of visits. View and manage your active bookings, and even cancel them if needed. A few days before your appointment, you’ll receive a reminder notification along with the necessary documentation.
• Reports: Download your medical reports within 45 days of their publication and share them with your doctor. You can also request the publication of older reports.
• Invoices: Get your invoices directly on your phone, making it easy to keep track of your expenses.
• Information: Stay updated with the latest CDI news, service announcements, and location details right from the app.
