The IN.TER.PA Fleet Management mobile app provides a streamlined and efficient way to manage and monitor municipal school bus services. By using this app, users can easily track the real-time routes of school buses and stay informed about their travel times.

Upon launching the application, you'll be greeted with a welcome screen followed by a list of favorite school buses. This feature allows you to quickly access the bus you're interested in, providing essential information about its route. Once you activate "start tracking," the app will display the real-time route of the selected school bus, along with detailed information about the vehicle and travel times.

Precise and Immediate Information

One of the key features of the app is its ability to provide precise and immediate information. You can get an accurate estimate of when the school bus will arrive at the nearest stop to your home and eventually reach its final destination, such as the school. This helps you avoid unnecessary waiting, especially during inclement weather. Additionally, the app offers valuable information about the return journey, allowing you to know the exact departure time from the school and the expected arrival time back at your home stop.

Part of the IN.TER.PA Project

The IN.TER.PA Fleet Management app is part of a larger initiative known as IN.TER.PA, an ambitious interregional E-Government project. This project aims to digitize administrative processes and provide digital services to citizens, businesses, and local authorities. The app leverages the I.TER platform from the Campania Region and incorporates various verticalizations, including advanced WEB-GIS platforms, simplified data acquisition processes, and geo-referenced data modules.

Collaborative Effort

The IN.TER.PA project involves collaboration between several regions and municipalities. Led by the Tuscany Region, it also includes contributions from the Campania Region, the Molise Region, and the Municipality of Torella dei Lombardi, representing the Union of Municipalities of Alta Irpinia. The Municipality of Mirabello Sannitico in the province of Campobasso has also joined the initiative. Funded under the National Operational Governance and Institutional Capacity Program 2014-2020, the project benefits from the support of the digital partner AlmavivA Spa.
