Devices like the HTC ONE, Sony Xperia G3/G4/G5, Xiaomi Mi/Redmi/Note series, and Huawei Mate/Honor series are compatible. When using the app, ensure that your phone's IR blaster is pointed directly at the TV. The typical operating range is between 4 to 10 feet (1 to 3 meters), with a maximum range of approximately 5 meters.

However, it's important to note that the performance of the IR blaster may be affected by certain conditions. For instance, if your phone is in power-saving mode or has a nearly depleted battery, the IR blaster may not function properly or the effective range could be reduced to less than 5 feet (2 meters).

The primary goal of this app is not to replace the original remote control but to serve as a convenient alternative during emergencies, such as when the original remote is lost or its batteries are dead. Importantly, this app does not require any pairing process with your TV, making it instantly usable right after installation.
