Personal Account for Landowners in the "Invest-Service" Application

The "Invest-Service" application is a comprehensive tool designed to simplify interactions and transactions for landowners within more than ten cottage communities. Operating for over 11 years in the Zaoisky district of Tula Oblast, we provide a wide range of services including snow removal, grass cutting, waste collection, and personalized services for landowners.

To enhance convenience and efficiency, we have developed a personal account feature within our application. This feature allows you to manage your accounts seamlessly. You can make payments directly to your account, review transaction history, and understand the billing details for the services provided. These accounts are linked to the agreements you have signed with us. Whether you pay through a cashier or bank, the information in the app will be updated promptly, usually within one day.

Another significant advantage is the ability to manage access passes. You can create passes for various individuals, including guests, couriers, delivery trucks, and service providers. Passes can be shared, and you can even generate permanent passes for yourself and your close ones. Additionally, you can submit requests for registering RFID passes and collect them at our office.

Moreover, you have full control over your personal information and communication preferences. You can update your phone number, email address, and other details to ensure that all communication remains current and relevant.

For added security, we've integrated modern authentication features similar to those found in banking applications. You can use TouchID and FaceID for secure login or opt for a four-digit PIN code.

Looking ahead, we plan to introduce additional features such as automatic account payments, support for instant payment systems (SBP), management of inquiries, and ongoing enhancements to improve the user experience.
