What is Floating?

Floatation therapy involves lying back in one of our cutting-edge floatation tanks, providing a blissful and healing environment. Each tank is filled with water containing half a tonne of Epsom salt, allowing you to float effortlessly. The water and air are heated to match your skin temperature, creating a sensation of weightlessness. The pod is typically dark and quiet, but you can choose to add soothing music or a light if preferred.

How Floating Works

In the absence of sensory input, your muscular-skeletal system and sympathetic nervous system naturally unwind, entering a deep state of relaxation and serenity. This state promotes healing and rejuvenation, offering numerous benefits such as reduced stress and improved sleep. A standard float session lasts for 1 hour, with 10 minutes of ambient music at the beginning to help you relax. If you prefer, you can extend your session by request. You have full control over the pod's lighting and music, with the latter signaling the final 5 minutes of your float.

Our Float Centers

We operate two custom-designed float centers in London, conveniently located near Angel and Vauxhall underground stations. Each center features private rooms equipped with showers, complimentary toiletries, and towels. Post-float, you can freshen up in our Hair & Mirrors room, which includes hairdryers and straighteners, and then relax further in our lounge area or Relaxation Room.
