SisMTA is an Information System designed specifically for Ma'had Tahfidh Al-Qur'an Al-Amien Prenduan Santri, serving as a crucial tool for communication and information dissemination to guardians (Walisantri). The Timeline feature allows guardians to stay updated with the latest news and announcements from the Islamic boarding school. This includes details on various activities, semester schedules, and important appeals. By staying informed through the Timeline, guardians can better support their children's educational journey.

Messages

Guardians have the ability to communicate directly with the Board of Directors of the Islamic boarding school through the Messages feature. This platform enables them to provide valuable feedback, submit reports, ask questions, or convey any other messages they deem necessary. Effective communication ensures that guardians can address concerns and collaborate with the school administration.

Data

The Data section is segmented into three distinct categories:

1. Academic Data: This segment showcases the academic achievements of students, including rankings and average scores across different exams. Guardians can track their child's academic performance and identify areas where additional support may be required.

2. Ketahfidhan Data: This section provides comprehensive insights into the memorization progress of students. It includes data on memorization development, liveliness, targets, and achievements. Guardians can monitor their child's progress in detail, such as the last memorized portions, attendance during the deposit program, and the number of recitations completed. Additionally, it outlines the minimum targets students need to achieve and offers tools for evaluating and providing feedback on their development.

3. Financial Data: This component tracks the financial transactions related to monthly student fees. Guardians can easily access transaction reports, ensuring transparency and accountability in managing the financial aspects of their child’s education.
