Fongo Works is Canada's premier low-cost cloud-based phone system designed to streamline your communication needs. With the companion app, you can extend the capabilities of your Fongo Works system directly from your mobile device.

Getting Started

To use the Fongo Works mobile app, you must have an active Fongo Works account created at www.fongoworks.com. Your login credentials for the app are separate from those used for your online dashboard. Your group manager needs to activate the app on the Fongo Works management dashboard to provide you with the necessary login credentials.

Technical Requirements

Supported Devices: The app supports Android (Nougat OS 7.0 and higher) and Chrome OS.
Wear OS Compatibility: The app works on Wear OS 2.0 or higher.
Internet Connection: An active internet connection (cellular data, WiFi, or wired) is required. Ensure that your WiFi network or cellular carrier supports VoIP traffic.
Notifications: Disabling notifications will prevent you from receiving incoming calls.
Support and Feedback: For assistance with device configuration or to provide feedback, tap "Support" or "Feedback" on the Account screen.
