This application ensures that all necessary arrangements are made efficiently, leaving some classrooms vacant if desired. Vacant classrooms can be used to assign substitute invigilators, ensuring a smooth examination process even when regular invigilators are unavailable due to leave or illness.

Customization and Flexibility

You have the flexibility to manually or randomly place invigilators during the examination period. Invigilators can be assigned to the classrooms where they teach, or you can designate additional substitute invigilators as needed. The application allows you to include specific student information such as photographs, names, surnames, class, student ID, and course names within the seating plans. Additionally, you can add warnings for students with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety during the examination.

Reporting and Sharing

Kelebek enables you to create various reports from the seating plans, such as classroom distribution, number of students per course, vacant seats in classrooms, and task schedules for teachers. These reports can be shared collectively via WhatsApp, making communication seamless. If you prefer, you can also obtain student information through Excel.

Teacher Information

While teacher information is not required for common examination seating plans, you can obtain this information from the application’s program sheets or from an Excel template provided by the application. If you choose to include teacher details in the seating plans, their information will be incorporated accordingly.
