User Login

Only residents who have completed a registration process within the Remote Ordinance Locktec service system are eligible to log in. If a user’s registration data is incomplete or outdated, they must request an update through the property’s registered administrator via Locktec Technology.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring the safe use of the application and its features. Unauthorized use must be reported promptly to Locktec Technology.

Remote Concierge Application Tools

The Portaria Locktec Application provides several useful tools:

  1. Live Camera Feed: Users can view live images from the system cameras installed in the condominium in real-time. However, only one camera feed is displayed at a time, and the quality of the video depends on the internet connection and mobile device used.

    This feature is intended for lawful and authorized purposes only. Users are solely responsible for any damages or liabilities resulting from improper use of this feature.

  2. User and Vehicle Management: Users can access and manage registration data for residents, visitors, and employees, as well as related vehicle information. Residents can edit data for all users and vehicles registered under their property, including adding new entries.

    Users are responsible for any changes made and must bear all damages and liabilities arising from incorrect or unauthorized use of the application.

  3. Complaints, Suggestions, and Compliments Portal: Users can submit feedback through the application portal by providing all the necessary information. This helps in processing the submitted demands effectively.

  4. Push Notifications: The application sends push notifications to users regarding protocol requests, complaint updates, Locktec Technology announcements, and condominium administration releases. These notifications can be blocked within the user's device settings.

Updates to Terms of Service

Locktec Technology reserves the right to modify the terms of service without prior notice or liability. Continued use of the application after any modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
