This application is designed to work seamlessly with the Thames & Kosmos kits, including "Robotics: Smart Machines," "Robotics: Smart Machines - Rovers & Vehicles Edition," and "Robotics: Smart Machines - Tracks & Treads Edition."

The app provides an intuitive interface that allows you to control and program your robots using a Bluetooth connection. You can switch between remote-control mode and programming mode effortlessly.

Remote-Control Mode

In remote-control mode, you have direct control over the two motors of your robot, enabling forward and backward movement. Additionally, the app offers a visual display of the distance readings from the ultrasonic sensor, allowing you to navigate your robot with precision.

Programming Mode

Programming mode lets you script and save custom programs. The app comes preloaded with 24 programs (Programs 1-24), each tailored to specific robot models within the respective kits. For instance, Programs 1-7 are designed for the original "Robotics: Smart Machines" kit, Programs 9-16 for the "Rovers & Vehicles Edition," and Programs 17-24 for the "Tracks & Treads Edition."

A simple, visual programming language enables you to control motors, play sounds, and add pauses in your programs. You can also set different program segments to execute based on the distance detected by the ultrasonic sensor.

Each kit includes a comprehensive 60-page or 64-page illustrated manual, guiding you through the process of utilizing all the programming features effectively.
