Bildup Apprenticeship Program

The Bildup Apprenticeship Program is a pioneering dual-model apprenticeship initiative that integrates industry-specific theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical experience. Through this program, participants will engage in learning via two primary channels: the BILDUP app for theoretical knowledge and support services, and direct on-the-job training with partner organizations for practical skill development.

Three Phases of the Program

Phase 1: Pre-Apprenticeship Training
This introductory phase offers comprehensive training covering both foundational and technical skills across selected sectors. It includes both online and offline modules, ensuring you are well-prepared for real-world applications.

Phase 2: Apprenticeship Placement
Following the initial pre-apprenticeship training, if qualified, you will be connected to an organization for hands-on apprenticeship experiences. This phase is crucial as it allows you to gain 21st-century industry theoretical knowledge while applying your learned skills in a practical setting. This provides valuable work experience, mentorship opportunities, and the potential for long-term employment or entrepreneurial ventures. During this phase, you will have the unique opportunity to work, earn, and learn simultaneously. Throughout the apprenticeship program, you will continue to receive industry-specific theoretical knowledge and support services on the app while getting hands-on training in various organizations. As you develop your skills, a portfolio highlighting your achievements is uploaded to your professional profile on the app.

Phase 3: Post-Apprenticeship
Upon successful completion of the program, you will earn an apprenticeship certificate. You can choose to further your career or start your own enterprise. Whichever path you choose, we will provide the resources to help you advance. As a certified apprentice, your professional profile will be created and hosted on our Skills and Talent Marketplace, showcasing your skills and connecting you with potential employers.
