Our team handles everything from taking high-quality photographs, writing compelling articles, and producing engaging videos, to putting their products online and even making them a cup of tea!

Our dedicated team members, known as Factorians, receive a salary and/or commission for their hard work. They are passionate about promoting ethics and ecology, ensuring that every product showcased aligns with these values. Unlike delivering pizzas on a bicycle, our Factorians can manage up to 50 artisans each month, providing them with the exposure they deserve.
