The Euskotren app allows you to select your preferred mode of transport, including railways, the Bilbao tramway, and the Vitoria-Gasteiz tramway. With its ON-LINE feature, the app offers real-time updates on schedules and locations. This means you can easily find the nearest station or stop based on your chosen transport method and view the next two departure times directly within the app.

Additionally, you can perform advanced searches by specifying the start and end stations, dates, and times. For frequent travelers, the app includes a Favourites section where you can save your commonly used routes and a Plan section to store all your search data. This way, you can quickly access saved information without having to re-enter details every time.

Station Information

The app provides detailed information about each station or stop, including location maps, contact numbers for customer service, accessibility details, and upcoming departure times. This ensures you have everything you need to plan your journey efficiently.

Additional Benefits

While registration is not required to use the core features of the app, registering through an online form offers additional benefits. Registered users can:

• Emergency Support: Call the 112 emergency number from any screen in the app. The call will be logged in the Euskotren Incident Manager and the SOS Deiak Coordination Centre, ensuring swift response.
• Report Issues: Report any anti-social behavior or incidents occurring in trains, trams, or at stations.
• Provide Feedback: Submit complaints, claims, suggestions, and appreciation directly through the app.
