Description of AcroEPS

AcroEPS is a comprehensive application designed to provide more than 600 instructional videos focused on acrobatic skills. These videos are meticulously organized by skill level and category, making it easy for users to find exactly what they need.

The application was conceptualized by J.Caillot and Y.Tomaszower and brought to life by the development team consisting of M.Avisse, Y.Tomaszower, and F.Bruchon under the umbrella of the EPSoft Association. The core content of AcroEPS revolves around a vast repertoire of acrobatic pyramids as performed in Acrosport. Each pyramid's assembly and disassembly are demonstrated through short video clips that meet the highest standards of performance and safety. The videos include detailed instructions on hand placements, essential for both safety and effectiveness.

To further enhance user experience, AcroEPS includes a catalog of different hand placements, examples of prescribed or warm-up exercises, and parries. This ensures that users not only learn how to perform the movements but also understand the importance of proper technique and preparation.
