Overview

The Worldshade - Day & Night Map application provides a dynamic and visually appealing widget for your home screen. This widget displays a global image indicating the areas experiencing daylight and nighttime, complete with detailed sunrise and sunset information.

Features

• Sunshade Display: The widget showcases an image of the Earth, highlighting regions under sunlight and shadow.
• Location Customization: You can set the widget to show data for your current location or any other location you select.
• Dynamic Positioning: When you enable the "Follow position" option, the widget automatically adjusts its view to match your current geographical position, indicated by a red dot. Alternatively, you can manually select a location by tapping the globe, which is then marked with a violet dot.
• Widget Resizing: By default, the widget occupies a 2x2 cell area on your home screen. To resize it, simply press and hold the widget.

Usage Instructions

1. Adding the Widget: After installing the application, you can add the widget to your home screen by tapping and holding in the designated area.
2. Selecting Default View: Upon adding the widget, a default view is chosen. If you prefer, you can switch to following your current position using the "Follow position" option.
3. Interacting with the Globe: Tap on the globe within the widget to select a specific location, which will then be highlighted with a violet dot. Tapping outside the globe reverts back to showing your current location.

This widget is not just a decorative element but a practical tool to stay informed about the changing times of day around the world.
