Synopsis

Follow the story of a boy who lacks self-confidence. He can't even muster up the courage to ask a girl out. One day, he stumbles upon a mysterious book in the attic. Curiosity piqued, he opens the dark and suspicious book and discovers a spell that can "grant any wish." Reading the incantation aloud, a puff of black smoke emerges from the pages, and out of the smoke, a demon named Amon appears.

"Are you the one that has summoned me?" asks Amon.

The boy is too terrified to respond initially. Undeterred, Amon insists, "Tell me your wish, and I will make it come true!"

The boy, struggling to articulate his desires, mumbles about wanting the courage to ask a girl out. Amon smiles, acknowledging the wish and sealing the contract by kissing the boy. Surprisingly, the boy feels no immediate change in his courage.

"Have no fear, my true powers will soon be apparent..." Amon says as he takes control of the boy's body...

Characters

Amon

A condescending alpha demon who looks down upon humans. Despite his high-ranking status among demons, Amon's pride knows no bounds, making him reluctant to genuinely thank or apologize to anyone. While he could easily grant wishes instantly, he prefers to make humans work for their desires, enjoying their growth through overcoming challenges. In the past, Amon used to grant wishes immediately like Zagan, but a disastrous outcome led him to change his approach. Now, he believes in providing "opportunities" rather than instant gratification.

Zagan

A mature and calm demon who also views humans as inferior beings. Unlike Amon, Zagan can sometimes act eccentric. Though he holds equal status to Amon in the demon world, Zagan is more of a solitary figure, often seen as difficult to approach. His style of wish granting is described as "immediate gratification," and he sees himself as Amon's rival, preferring to grant wishes quickly to seize souls swiftly. Secretly, Zagan worries about Amon, who risks his life by altering his stance on wish-granting.
