Home Workout contains more than 50 exercises routines, including bodyweight exercises, aerobic workouts and circuits that can help you to get lean, get toned and build muscle. Home Workout also contains routines that you can perform with equipment.
Each workout routine is a voice-guided serie of exercises, and you have to perform each one until the timer stops. In other type of exercises, you will have to complete a given amount of reps, and press the "Complete" button when you are ready.

Home Workout lets you to create your own voice-guided workout routines, choosing from more than 170 exercises, including bodyweight, aerobic and weight training exercises. You can add as much exercises as you want to fit your objetives.
