Emergency Roadside EV Charging

One of the standout features of the Take Charge Driver Mobile app is its Emergency Roadside EV Charging service. By downloading the app and registering as a service provider, you gain access to a network of professional technicians who are equipped to assist you during battery-related emergencies. In the event of a roadside charging crisis, the app will immediately notify you about the service request along with details about the user's location and their subscription level. You'll then have the option to accept or decline the service request. Once accepted, a technician will arrive at your specified location (within our coverage area) to recharge your vehicle based on the subscription plan you've chosen. This service ensures that you don't have to worry about running out of power in the middle of nowhere.

Emergency Roadside Spare Tire Loaner Service

In addition to emergency charging, the app also offers an Emergency Roadside Spare Tire Loaner Service, which is available for an additional monthly fee for Lyte and Pro subscribers but is included free of charge for Elite subscribers. If you experience a flat tire while driving, simply open the app, select the vehicle requiring assistance (currently supporting Tesla, Lucid, and Ford Mustang Mach-E), and wait for a technician to arrive. The technician will promptly visit your location, remove the damaged tire, and replace it with one of our durable loaner spare wheels/tires. However, there are a few important details to keep in mind. A $300 hold will be placed on your account's payment method as security. You'll then have 72 hours to repair or replace the flat tire and inform Take Charge Mobile that our spare wheel/tire is ready for pickup (provided it remains within our coverage area). After we successfully retrieve the spare wheel/tire in good condition, the hold on your account will be released.
