Hello there! Welcome to Sweaty Studio, where we believe that every workout should feel amazing and leave you with a sense of accomplishment.

I am Callie, a Certified Pilates and Barre Instructor, as well as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. My journey began as a competitive figure skater, a path filled with both triumphs and challenges. Despite my success on the ice, I struggled with body image issues and chronic injuries. It was during this time that I discovered the incredible benefits of low-impact "flow" type workouts, such as Pilates and barre. These practices not only helped me manage my physical health but also improved my mental well-being.

Through my personal experience, I realized the profound impact of listening to your body—before, during, and after each workout. The right exercise can lead to visible physical improvements, but it also guarantees a mood boost that can transform your day. Combining my favorite mind-body techniques, I developed a unique approach to movement: an empowering blend of motivational affirmations, Pilates, and barre-style exercises.
