Currently, there are several challenges in the TCM industry. For instance, a practitioner based in Kuala Lumpur who wishes to serve patients in a distant area like IPON faces significant logistical hurdles. These include increased travel time and costs, which ultimately burden the patients. Through our association, we aim to streamline this process by identifying TCM practitioners in various regions. This way, they can efficiently manage their local clinics, reducing both operational costs and patient expenses. We believe this approach will create a win-win situation for all stakeholders involved.
